  11. I just bought a 3.1 ROM for my wife's 2000, so she can run Amosaic.

  13. Trouble is, all I get on powerup is a black screen and no booting!

  15. Nothing is fried on Amiga - it's back to normal when the original 2.04
  16. chip is replaced; no go when 3.1 is re-inserted.

  18. The chip orientation is definitely right, and according to the supplier's
  19. installation instructions no pin connections are needed for this REV 4
  20. A2000. Removing the accelerator does not help, so it's not the ROMS on the
  21. A2620.

  23. Other hardware installed:     1 floppy internal
  24.                 1 HD floppy external (PowerPoint)
  25.                 2091/SCSI harddrive
  26.                 286 Bridgeboard with serial board.
